The courses will be delivered by Ebenezer Transformations Ltd and its partners in various places, incorporating the activities and networks of SM2TF. As part of this growing interest in the delivery of innovative and inspiring programmes validated in the United Kingdom a number of institutions have expressed interest to partner.

The respective institutions will give the necessary clout in mounting robust programmes in line with the quest for developing the critical skills base for progressive individuals and organisations. The partnerships mean that students have the chance to progress to a UK university for part of their programme.

Mode of Delivery
The delivery of the programmes will use a blended approach combining online and face-to-face delivery. In some cases the learning will be 100% online. The members staff involved in teaching are highly qualified and well experienced. Our quest is to utilise and nurture both our complement of professionals delivering and also provide a unique enriching experience to our students. We will be focused and most of the assignments will be adapted to the real life context of the students in order to relate to the practicalities of the concepts. Materials put together for delivery are well researched and structured for maximum benefit. Students are given a lot of support in their learning programmes.

Course Fees
To study and complete the postgraduate diploma programme will cost US$ 2 000 a pathway and topping up to a Master in Business will cost an extra $ 1 200, putting the total cost at $3 200 to complete a postgraduate diploma awarded by OTHM (UK) and a master’s degree from South Valley University in Zambia. Alternatively can proceed to one of UK universities that do an APL (Approval of Prior Learning) of the OTHM qualifications and the respective costs depend on the university preferred.)

[Please note that the fees on offer are significantly much lower than a direct entry into UK programmes. The fees are lower because the bulk of programme is through an awarding body, OTHM which makes the programme more affordable. The process provides an opportunity for top-up to progress to university.]

Entry Criteria

A learner must fulfil at least one of the following criteria to be allowed entry to the qualification:
Possession of an honours degree in a related subject
Possession of a level 6 qualification from a recognised awarding body
Five years’ management experience (learners must check with the delivery centre / college regarding this experience prior to registering for the programme)

English requirements:
If you are not from the United Kingdom or a majority English-speaking country, you must provide evidence that you are competent in English language at a minimum of CEFR (the Common European Framework) level B2 from a recognised English test provider or IELTS level 5.5 in each component.

Progression
Passing the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management (RQF) enables learners to progress into or within employment and/or continue their further study. OTHM has progression arrangement with a number of UK universities that acknowledges the ability of learners after studying OTHM qualifications to be considered for advanced entry into corresponding degree year/top up and master’s top-up programmes.
